Email Marketing Client Case Study of a Consultant Surveyor

For the last 6 years, Emailmovers have worked closely with a Consultant Building Surveyor – specialising in reducing business rates for their clients. We have run all of their Email Marketing campaigns during this time.

Working closely with our in-house campaign co-ordinator, we have succeeded in generating a large number of leads into their business.

The Process

Using a mixture of responsive HTML and text emails – designed and built by our in-house designer; our campaigns team run weekly campaigns to our entire B2B database for this client (650k contacts).

This large volume of emails is split and delivered over 5 days using a variety of our delivery platforms to ensure the best delivery and inbox placement every time.

The campaign that is sent out is heavily personalised, with information pulled from our database. This includes first names, last names, company names and company addresses. The email is also sent from an individual’s name – rather than a company name. We have found that by implementing both of these tactics, the response rate improves.

The campaign then clicks through to a pre-populated landing page – which is built and hosted by Emailmovers. Here prospects submit their details to express an interest in their services. Responsive mailers are sent on an AdHoc basis, as well as re-sends to the none opens – this also assists with improving response rates.

The Results

We achieve on average an 8% open rate and generate between 40-70 leads per week for our client.
