You might not have heard of Emailmovers, we are the best kept secret in our industry.  We were established 2004 and are now the leading company nationally in providing full service email marketing.

We are based in Scarborough, yet work with some amazing national and global brands such as Microsoft, Virgin Media, John Lewis, IBM, Nike, Jaguar and Game.

We employ 25 people and are planning to keep growing as we continue to push boundaries in the products and services we develop and offer.

Campaign Coordinator

Successful candidate’s responsibilities will include supporting the Sales, Marketing and Operations Teams in pre and post sales data processing, analysis, and support and training on our portfolio of services. Ensuring data quality in all work produced and following required rules and regulations to ensure data security requirements are met will be essential.

 

The successful candidate for this role will have some knowledge of working with datasets. They will also have the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with staff and clients alike. 

This is a client facing role so the ideal candidate should be confident on a telephone. 

This position is part of the Operations Team and is responsible to the Operations Manager.


Operations Assistant:

  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis regarding their email marketing requirements and strategy
  • Utilize and set up delivery infrastructures available and deliver email marketing campaigns, analyse results and suggest/ make improvements. 
  • Export and be able to explain email campaign reports and suggest improvements where required. 
  • Extract, seed and send data to clients which they have purchased from Emailmovers Ltd. 
  • Liaise with the other team members to amalgamate all the assets required for an email campaign campaign
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Access to manipulate data as per client requirements 
  • Extract data from our in house count engine, Countrunner
  • Monitor reply inboxes for client campaigns and forward genuine enquiries to clients. 
  • Utilise tools available to ensure data hygiene is maintained when delivering email marketing campaigns. 
  • Use in house tools to seed data sets and send to clients using a secure transfer platform
  • Raise cases in our CRM system (Salesforce) to allocate jobs to other departments
  • Support other team members as and when required
  • Any other work that management deem reasonable, particularly where related to data processing and email delivery.

The successful applicant will be:

Essential:

  • Confident on a telephone
  • Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Be willing to learn new skills

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of email marketing 
  • Knowledge of GDPR

Full training will be provided

Working hours: Mon – Thurs 9.00am – 5.30pm – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm

COVID-19 considerations:

The chosen candidate will be required to attend the office for the first two weeks of their employment for training purposes. After this time the role can be worked from home or office. There will be a requirement to attend the office as and when required.
