The primary objective of this role is to increase the productivity of the Account Managers (AM) working as a team member.

i) Handling incoming telephone calls/emails when the AM is busy
ii) Outbound tele-prospecting
iii) Preparing counts on the count engines
iv) Assisting in Sourcing Data
v) Updating SalesForce CRM with customer and job details
vi) Following up customers as an enquiry and/or follow-up of AM sales calls
vii) Finalising job details and passing over to Campaign Control
viii) Monitoring customer job progress to completion
ix) Calling customers to ensure payment of the account
When the AM is busy selling to take both customer and client calls/emails and log details obtained on SalesForce to provide a consistent map of communications. To act as an initial customer contact liaising with the AM on any technical issues that occur. To contact the customer by callback/email to keep them informed and in a holding position whilst the AM gets around to processing the customer.
Build telephone relationships with customers through a professional telephone manner. To monitor emails and pre-prepare information for the AM for a response.

Customer Data Counts:
To develop the skills using the in-house and online Count Engines to select customer data and to work with the AM in preparing data and campaign quotations. Learn how to use the Data Calculators.
To assist the AM in finding and pricing data for clients that does not readily exist internally in the Count Engines.
To learn how to use SalesForce, the in-house information database, to record client and supplier details and related job costs. To keep customer and supplier records up-to-date.
To support the AM in following up customers, quotes on jobs, by both telephone and email, to assist in the smooth running of each customer contact.
To finalise job details on customer orders and ensure full details are passed over to Campaign Management or Data Delivery.
To follow each job, or campaign, to ensure that the job has been fulfilled as per the customer order. To identify any issues that may occur and report them to the AM. To assist the AM in rectifying any issues and follow the job through to completion.
To monitor each job completed and invoiced and where necessary identify issues to the AM and follow up the customer to resolve any issues that are delaying payment of the invoice.
To assist the company in general in relation to general office duties to ensure the company runs as smoothly as possible.
